Who's cookin?

I'm Mme. No Quatre, a self taught cook who has graduated to chef de cuisine in my own kitchen. Experimenting with different recipes with take out menus on the other side of the fridge in case things turn out wrong.

My significant other, Msr. No. Quatre is my loyal yet brave food tester. Through out the year, we've been going through "so-spicy-that-i-can't-tell-it's-chicken curry" to just delicious corn chowder and "melt-in-your-mouth" beef rendang. Other family members and most friends are the more fortunate to try out dishes that are already tested and passed Msr. No. Quatre inspection.

Most of the dishes I've made are cooked within 1 hour and served for dinner that night. I like cookbook but I love online recipe (I'm a cheapskate when it comes to cookbook :P). I believe in recipe more as a guidelines, follow it at your convenient. If all else fail, depending on the dish, add oregano and lemon juice or fish sauce and sesame oil.
